This is what is included:  
(A) One saddle mount to go on the barrel, 
(B) One Talley Steel Base  (which works with our Talley Premium Steel Rings)
(C) Three Picatinny Rails (0 MOA, 20 MOA, & 30 MOA).   (which works with all picatinny scope rings)
(D) Eight mounting screws.
