Note these rings are Quick Detachable with a screw lock or with a lever lock...  With a lever you don't need a to have a wrench, finger pressure will allow you to secure or remove the scope from the receiver. 

Note: that the 11mm is the most common dovetail width, available in .460" dovetail width as well.  Dovetails should be measured at the outside widest point. 11mm = .433"
